Halloween

Happy Halloween, everyone! We went to the hospital yesterday afternoon, for trick-or-treating at Daddy's work. Every department had a decorated booth set up where they handed out candy. Then we went to the mall, where they had a costume contest and more trick-or-treating. Then, we headed home to go down our street with some friends. We came home and had a chili dinner, and then it was off to bed. We had an exhausted (and sugar filled) boy by the end of the day!

Anna didn't actually wear her costume out - it was just too hot. But here's a pic of her in her pumpkin outfit :)
She is such a smiley baby! Smiling and laughing all the time now. We love our sweet 'Nana' as Will calls her.
Oops! Don't know how this ended up upside down, but I have a fussy guy on my hands and no time to figure out how to turn it around....

The boys saw a dog dressed as a pumpkin and loved it! This is Will's friend Everett (Charlie Brown).
This boy LOVES dogs! We definitely have to get one sometime in the near future...

At one point, the boys laid down in the street to take a break!
Our sweet puppy :)
Will likes to hug his friend Everett, and thankfully Everett just puts up with it!
Visiting Daddy's work
I had to reapply the whiskers three times because they kept sweating off! It was soo hot! He didn't wear the costume long.

The traditional birthday pancake tradition started by Grandma Burns! He fell down the day before his birthday and got a big goose egg. When he woke up this morning, his hair was matted with blood, and when I tried to clean it up he went nuts. So we just let it go, since he was the birthday boy and we wanted him to have a happy day!
