Little sister turned one today! We had a low-key day that began with the traditional birthday pancakes. Then we went to play with friends. We came home, took naps, and celebrated this evening with cake and presents after dinner. We are so thankful for our sweet girl. She has brought so much joy to our family and we love her so much!
Sweet girl in her high chair.
Will displaying a card he got in the mail from his buddy Everett.
The birthday banner before it was hung.
Early morning pancakes.
Anna's "Beach" Cake
She wore her tutu for the festivities.
Twirling in the tutu... or maybe just trying to remove her headband ;)
Uncle Matt, Aunt Kristen and Maggie sent her the sweetest message!
Here's her spread.
Opening her present.
She got a water sprinkler to play in the front yard with.
Starting to eat her cake.... so far keeping it clean.
Will singing Happy Birthday. He sang to her all day.
I think the balloon was her favorite part!
And I believe the cake was a hit! She definitely made more of a mess than her brother did at this age.
Love her!!
We love her too! That was so nice of Matt's patient to do that. What a compliment!
